Between 21 August 2025 at 21:13 and 25 August 2025 at 20:22, electronically submitted complaints via the complaint form may not have reached the Office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman.
If needed, you can check with the Ombudsman’s Registry Office ([email protected]) or via the Parliament’s switchboard at +358 9 4321) whether your complaint submitted during the above-mentioned period was received. We kindly ask you to resubmit your complaint if necessary. According to our records, 31 complaints were not received.
The disruption was caused by an unannounced data communication outage, which was resolved on the evening of 25 August 2025.
