Publications

The Ombudsman gives the Parliament of Finland, Eduskunta, an annual report, which outlines how the law is being exercised, the situation with respect to public administration and the discharge of public duties as well as any defects observed in legislation.

The annual report is published in Finnish and Swedish. An English summary of it is also published. It can be found in electronic format here.

The Ombudsman can also draft separate reports and other publications on matters deemed to be of importance.
