Information requests and document orders

If you need a decision made by the Ombudsman or other material that you cannot find on the website, contact the registry of the Office.

The delivery period for information requests is usually two weeks. If the processing of the matter and making the decision require special measures or otherwise more work than usual, the delivery period is one month.
